Refund policy
At The Design Drop, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. We accept refunds or replacements only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing errors — please refer to our size guides before ordering.
